- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Craft is the kindest and most compassionate vet that I have ever come across. I have a chow that is afraid of her own shadow (rescue dog). Dr. Craft sits on the floor of the examination room with Shasta and talks to her in a low voice. Shasta does not do well with strangers but she "allows" Dr. Craft to examine her and she never flinches. The staff is very professional, kind and absolutely wonderful with fur kids. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Kelly Alcala is the bright star at this practice, especially where felines are concerned. When I could get no viable answers as to my cat's condition from the other vets at this practice, Dr Alcala came through in spades. She stuck with researching my cat's problem, consulted a feline internist, got all the answers and did not hesitate to call me several times during her busy day to discuss all the options.
